Update Friday 2 March

Refuse collections  - Due to the treacherous conditions and to ensure the safety of our crews and the public there will be no refuse collection/cleansing crews out in Suffolk Coastal and Waveney on Friday 2nd March.

Customers who are due a collection are asked to leave their bin/s out and our crews will collect as soon as possible.

Collections will begin once again on Monday morning and all steps are being taken to ensure we are able to catch up as soon as possible. We will provide further details as and when we can and we thank you for your patience and understanding in these rare and difficult conditions.

Customer Services - We are currently experiencing high volumes of calls to our Customer Services centres and customers are asked to contact our Customer Service team using alternative contact methods such as email or alternatively, use our online services.

In Suffolk Coastal, the Customer Services centres at both Woodbridge and Felixstowe Libraries are closed today due to the adverse weather.

In Waveney, our Customer Services desk at Beccles Library is also closed.
