As part of the ongoing work between Innovation Martlesham and East Suffolk Council, local businesses are invited to a knowledge sharing event taking place next week.

Attendees of this event, titled ‘Customer Retention – How Good is Your Wrap!”, will benefit from the knowledge Innovative Martlesham (IM) has gained from working with over a hundred companies who are part of the IM cluster at Adastral Park, Ipswich.

The session will provide an overview over the importance of defining ‘product’ and ‘service wrap’ and how standards will help guide business processes and identify areas that may have legal implications.

The event will feature guest speakers Jim Milne – Product Management and Service Design, Andy Mills – Standard Consultant and GDPR Adviser, Nicola Millard – Principal Innovation Partner and Emily Guy – Service Lead at Zog.

The event is taking place on Monday 18 November 2019 between 10:30am – 12:30pm at Adastral Park.

Numbers are strictly limited, so make sure you don’t miss out by booking your place now.

Innovation Martlesham is an established cluster of high-tech ICT companies, located at Adastral Park. Besides being home to a diverse range of large, medium and small companies, Innovative Martlesham is a ‘collaborative ecosystem’ for technology companies.
