East Suffolk residents are invited to have their say on a draft Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule which sets out the amount developers pay to fund new and improved infrastructure.
Over £6million in contributions from new housing developments has been allocated to support the expansion of schools, leisure and health facilities in East Suffolk.
Local residents are invited to comment on the early stages of two proposed planning documents; one which provides guidance on environmental considerations for developers and another which will update the charges incurred for specified developments, which are then used to deliver or improve local infrastructure.
