Customer Services Centre closed for ‘face-to-face’ enquiries

Posted by on 23 March 2020 | Comments

In response to the Prime Minister’s latest statement regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, East Suffolk Council’s Customer Services Centre at the Marina in Lowestoft will now close for ‘face-to-face’ enquiries and visits.

Residents with council enquiries are now asked to go online wherever possible. Many of our services can be found here on our website. There are a range of things to do, such as reporting fly-tipping, renewing garden waste and reporting missed bin collections, as well as making payments.

If anyone has an enquiry which cannot be resolved online, they should email us at customerservices@eastsuffolk.gov.uk. Customers can also call us on 03330 162 000 but please do bear in mind that our phone lines are likely to be very busy and calls should only be made if absolutely necessary.
