Our Customer Services team has received a number of calls this morning from customers concerned about correspondence received from their bank regarding their Direct Debit payments to the Councils.
Our customer services is open as usual at Woodbridge Library today (Friday, 28 December), but there is still no heating in the building so we may be forced to close early.

Both Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Councils are currently experiencing high volumes of telephone calls, linked to the annual issuing of the Council Tax bills. The councils work in partnership and each has 30 lines staffed to answer these calls (8.45am – 5pm, Mon-Fri). Your call can be dealt with at the staff at either council.
