Suffolk Coastal District Council, Suffolk County Council and Carlyle Land, the owner of the land east of the A12 at Martlesham and east and south of Adastral Park, have today signed the S106 legal agreement, meaning the Outline Planning Permission has been approved paving the way for the £300 million development to go ahead.
