Under the LABC Partner Authority Scheme, we have created several external partnerships with companies and architects who regularly use our service. We can guide partners through the plan check process on all building regulation submissions, no matter where the location in the country. For companies that build or design nationwide, partnering can help to simplify and speed up the approval process.

 The scheme includes:

  • consistency
  • pre-application advice
  • a single point of contact to ensure all projects are regulatory compliant
  • plans examination and all the necessary consultations, including the Fire Service.

Subsequent site inspection work will be carried out by the local authority where the construction works take place maintaining benefits of local knowledge through the construction stage.
