After a successful 2017 event attended by over 60 local businesses, Waveney District Council will once again be holding a leaflet exchange for tourism businesses ahead of the summer season.
This year's pre-season leaflet exchange takes place on Tuesday 13 March at Africa Alive! between 4pm and 6.30pm.
The exchange offers an easy and cost-effective way for local events and attractions to distribute their promotional leaflets across the region and into the hands of visitors via Visitor Information Points (VIPs).
There are now 22 VIPs across Waveney, run by individual businesses on their premises, promoting the area and providing local information - representatives from the VIPs will be present at the free leaflet exchange event to collect promotional literature. The exchange also offers an excellent networking opportunity to meet VIP representatives, other local tourism businesses and accommodation providers.
Tourism businesses whose leaflets will not be ready in time for the event are still welcome to attend to advertise their event or attraction and take orders for leaflets from the VIPs.
Light refreshments will be provided.
To ensure your place, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org by 28 February.
