The Lowestoft Seafront and High Street Heritage Action Zone masterplan public consultation is now live for public comment.
The London Road, Lowestoft High Street Heritage Action Zone has commissioned a Masterplan for South Lowestoft and Kirkley to enhance public spaces and improve connectivity between the seafront and commercial areas.
In March 2021, East Suffolk Council were awarded £24.9 million of funding from HM Government through the Towns Fund, with over £2 million earmarked for seafront projects.
We are now consulting on the Masterplan proposals and seeking your feedback to influence the final version of the document. When the Masterplan is complete at the end of August 2021, priority projects will be identified to be worked up further from 2022.
If you would like to view the exhibition and provide comments, please visit either the Kirkley Centre on London Road South, visit the online gallery or email firstname.lastname@example.org by 26th July 2021.
