Annual Canvass of Electors 2023

Each year we are required by law to write to every household in East Suffolk to check whether we have the correct people registered to vote and to ask you to inform us of any changes. We have already contacted all properties within East Suffolk, and this week have sent 16,500 reminder letters to properties who were required to respond but have not yet replied.

If you receive one of these letters, please respond to it as soon as possible using one of the methods outlined on the letter. Where we hold an email address for these properties we will also send a reminder email. If you do not respond we may send a canvasser to visit your property.
