Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus we understand that some tenants may face financial difficulties. Tenants with specific worries should contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the options that are available. Otherwise, tenants should continue paying their rent as normal. From 3 February 2012, the market for private sale and rent back schemes was closed following a review by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The FSA found that most sale and rent back schemes, that bought your home and rented the property back to you, were either "unaffordable or unsuitable and never should have been sold".
