Housing advice drop-in surgeries

Please note: Although the surgeries are currently unavailable, customers can still visit the locations during their opening times.

There might be times in your life when, through no fault of your own, you are not able to remain in your accommodation. We cannot find an immediate solution for everyone but what we can do is 'signpost' people to various organisations and agencies that may be able to help.

Felixstowe Library advice surgery is by appointment only, Woodbridge Library advice surgery is by appointment only in the morning, however, a drop in surgery operates from 2.00pm - 4.00pm where no appointment is necessary. Please contact our Housing Needs team to book an appointment for either location.

If you are homeless on the day or outside surgery times you will need to contact our Housing Needs team. Anybody approaching the council after 4.30pm will be assisted through the our emergency standby arrangements. If you become homeless outside office opening times you will need to contact Customer Services.
