Operation Camouflage has been running in various forms since 2008, growing significantly over time. In the past four years, it has expanded from a one-week initiative into a four-week summer experience, reflecting its popularity and impact.

The programme is designed to support young people from military families and those living in East Suffolk, providing opportunities to stay active, be creative, and enjoy a safe, positive environment during the summer holidays.

Its impact has been recognised through:

  • 2014: Shortlisted for the Youth Justice Award at the Children and Young People Now Awards
