Residents in the Beccles area are invited to pop along to an event this week and find out more about making money go further.
Taking place on Thursday 7 April at Beccles Library, local people are invited to chat with representatives from North East Suffolk Citizen’s Advice Bureau, Anglia Care Trust and Rural Coffee Caravan to find out how to make the most of their money, receive budgeting advice and ask questions about money management. The event will run between 11.30am and 2.30pm.
Cllr Letitia Smith, East Suffolk Council’s cabinet member for Communities, Leisure and Tourism said: “As household costs rise, we want to help East Suffolk residents learn how they can make their money go further and reduce their bills wherever possible. We’re pleased to be able to offer this event in partnership with local organisations who are always on hand to give people advice on financial issues.”
Everyone is welcome to drop in, ask questions, pick up information and there is no need to book ahead.
