East Suffolk Council and East Suffolk Services are supporting communities as they seek to recover from the impacts of Storm Babet.
Teams are out and about, however it is important that the Council is made aware of issues that are causing concern and is urging anyone seeking assistance to get in touch.
Across the weekend, the Council’s ‘out of hours’ telephone number has been taking calls, and residents or communities who are seeking particular help with Housing and /or clearing and cleansing operations are encouraged to get in touch by calling 0800 440 2516.

There is a wealth of information available which residents may find helpful, including contact details for energy providers and other agencies as well as details of how to order new refuse bins should they have gone missing.
East Suffolk Services has provided a number of vehicles and staff to assist with the clearance of houses and businesses in Framlingham, and will be providing additional support and resources, for however long is required, to all affected areas.
