Sizewell C Deed of Obligation

East Suffolk Council and Suffolk County Council entered into a Deed of Obligation with NNB Generation Company (SZC) Limited.

Since the signing of the Deed of Obligation, two Deed of Variations have been signed which amend specific aspects of the original Deed.
