Kesgrave neighbourhood plan

Decision Statement

East Suffolk Council has issued its Decision Statement.

Note that under the Local Government and Police and Crime Commissioner (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections and Referendums) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020, the referendum will not be able to take place until at least 6th May 2021.

The documents can be viewed in the Kesgrave Town Council offices, Ferguson Way, Kesgrave, IP5 2FZ during normal opening hours. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, hard copies of the documents are not currently available for inspection in East Suffolk Council’s offices or in Kesgrave Library, but can be sent by post free of charge on request to those who cannot access documents online or at the Town Council’s offices. Please email planningpolicy@eastsuffolk.gov.uk or call (01394) 444557 (please note we are operating a voicemail service – please leave a message including contact details and your call will be returned as soon as possible).

Submission consultation

Kesgrave Town Council submitted their neighbourhood plan to East Suffolk Council ahead of it being submitted for independent examination. East Suffolk Council was required to publicise the plan and invite representations to be forwarded to the examiner for consideration alongside the plan. The period of representations ran from 24 January to 5pm on 6 March 2020.
