Mutford neighbourhood plan
The Mutford Neighbourhood Plan was prepared by Mutford Parish Council following extensive consultation with the local community and sets out its vision for development to 2036.
The plan was formally ‘made’ by East Suffolk Council on 16 December 2019 and now forms part of the Development Plan for the district.
The council determined to make the plan on the grounds that more than 50% of people who voted in the referendum voted in favour of the council using the neighbourhood plan to help it determine planning applications in the neighbourhood plan area. The council further considers that the neighbourhood plan would not breach or be incompatible with any EU obligation or any of the Convention Rights.
A hard copy of the Made Neighbourhood Plan will be made available for inspection at Beccles library and the council’s Customer Services Centre, Marina Centre, Marina, Lowestoft NR32 1HH during office hours.
