Due to the Coronavirus (COVID 19) and compliance with government instructions to reduce risk, East Suffolk Council’s Housing team is working remotely and risk assessing the need to visit and inspect any cases that are referred to them. We are able to complete home visits now but will be asking all residents to maintain the strict social distancing rules which will be explained when an appointment is made. We will also not visit if you or anyone in the family is showing any symptoms. We are here to help via telephone (01394 444506), email (pshousing@eastsuffolk.gov.uk) or post. Please contact us and we will try and find a solution for you.
