The cashless providers are under no obligation to provide a refund or cancel parking sessions submitted to its parking systems, unless there is a system error on its part.
Upon registration the cashless provider will immediately perform its services by providing the service user access to its parking payment systems and related services as expressly requested by the service user. Therefore, the service user acknowledges that the cashless providers service starts immediately, and the service user acknowledges they will not have a right to withdraw from their agreement with provider selected.
East Suffolk Council is also under no obligation to provide a refund. However, in extenuating circumstances, the council will decide at its own discretion whether a refund should be granted.
