Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards show how we monitor performance and deliver against priorities in the East Suffolk Strategic Plan – Our Direction 2028. The plan details the core programme of work that will help us deliver the objectives of Our Direction 2028. It contains a high-level view of our agreed programme of work, and while it is not an exhaustive list of all we do for our residents every single day; it is a great way to present the key projects which meet the aims and aspirations of the council.
Each theme of our Strategic Plan has its own set of KPIs, where we are using data to support and monitor delivery. The KPI dashboards continue to be developed, progress to date has been published and will continue to evolve and be regularly updated to reflect current performance.
