Countryside sites

The council own and maintain a number of key countryside sites across the district.

These include country parks, commons and informal green-spaces. The council aims to ensure that these areas are actively promoted to encourage use by the public and managed to a high standard as informal recreational facilities and areas of nature conservation value.
