Archived Suffolk Coastal CIL Charging Schedule Rates

The East Suffolk Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) rates will apply to the majority of new planning permission from 1st August 2023.

This Annual CIL Rate Summary provides details of the original CIL Charging Schedule rates and the updated rates applicable to planning permissions that will continue to be charged at the archived rates in accordance with the CIL Regulations.
