Reporting an Environmental Problem outside office hours

You can report an urgent environmental problem at any time outside office hours.  We operate an out-of-hours service at peak times during the summer months.

At other times, your call will be triaged and processed according to the severity of the emergency. Cases assessed as non-urgent will receive attention the next working day.
