East Suffolk Council has raised a number of key concerns in response to consultation on proposals for a major energy infrastructure project.

Annual Reports are published to the Strategic Planning Committee, in June/July each year, containing various statistics in relation to applications and enforcement cases dealt with by East Suffolk Council as Local Planning Authority. The reports are accompanied by various appendices which include graphs displaying the data for the preceding financial year and in some cases comparisons with previous years.

The strategy also identifies a small number of areas which are no longer suitable for modern play equipment and as there are other more suitable play areas nearby, the recommendation is that these more limited play spaces are removed. If this should happen, the areas will revert to open space and the local community will be consulted about any future use
