Housing Asset Management Strategy

The East Suffolk Housing Asset Management Strategy takes its direction from the East Suffolk Housing Strategy and the Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and considers the good management of the council’s housing stock to ensure that good quality housing is available for the benefit of our community in East Suffolk. This strategy is not a requirement but we believe it is good practice to have in place.

The Housing Asset Management Strategy was adopted in December 2019 and is valid until 2024, although it will be reviewed annually by the council.
