Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act

East Suffolk Council responds to Government consultations to ensure our voice is heard and that it feeds into the development of Government policy.

This consultation sought views on the implementation of measures in the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023. It focuses on the detail of a licensing regime and National Supported Housing Standards and included content on Housing Benefit.
