Suffolk Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners have useful contacts for allotment groups in Suffolk.

Working an allotment can be an extremely rewarding pastime. It gives you plenty of fresh air and healthy exercise and the chance to meet new friends with similar interests. Cultivating an allotment provides an affordable, sustainable source of fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers.

Allotments are also significant to our green spaces and provide habitats for many forms of wildlife.
