This industrial action has been suspended.

As part of industrial action, refuse crews will be ‘working to rule’ on Wednesday 16th, Thursday 17th and Friday 18^th November. This means that loaders will not be handling two bins at the same time, and drivers will not be assisting the loaders with bins.

It is difficult to predict what impact this action will have, but collections are likely to take longer to complete on these days and some bins may not be collected as expected.

Please present your bin for collection as normal and if your bin is not collected as scheduled, please leave it out and the crews will collect as soon as possible.

We will update residents on any further service disruptions.
