Bin collections suspended in East Suffolk due to cold weather

Posted by on 5 January 2026 | Comments

Bin collections in East Suffolk are currently suspended due to cold weather affecting road conditions.

For safety reasons, all waste collections from East Suffolk Services Ltd are currently suspended until further notice, with conditions assessed on a daily basis. Households are advised to leave their bins out so that they are ready for when collections resume.

To allow time for crews to catch up with delayed collections, the garden waste service will be suspended for the rest of this week until Saturday 10 January.

We would like to thank households for their patience during this time.
