Stakeholder Mapping helps a community to understand all individuals, groups or organisations with an interest in the success or failure of a project or programme, particularly those who may help or hinder implementation.
It can also help communities to understand and manage potential conflict early, by identifying all stakeholders who might influence delivery and outcomes, and their levels of power and interest.
