- Homelessness referral section 208 - Local Government officers can use this form to notify us of a section 208 duty being discharged in our area.
- Housing Needs Privacy Notice
The Homelessness Reduction Act (HRA) introduced new duties (S179 of the Housing Act 1996) to provide free homelessness advice that is available to all residents in the local area. The focus being on homelessness prevention and addressing any housing issues at the earliest opportunity.
