Investigating Housing Offences

From 2025, this page will include a list of enforcement action taken by the council for the failure to licence properties and breaches of housing legislation, including landlord and tenant law.  This covers Civil Penalty Notices (CPNs) and prosecutions, but we will also update on alternative enforcement action in addition to this, in the future.
