Housing Stock Condition Report

Safe Suffolk Renters is a county wide project focusing on improving housing in the Private Rented Sector. It has been funded by a successful bid to central Government, and part of the funding was allocated to creating an up-to-date Suffolk wide housing database.

The BRE were commissioned to complete this work, and Safe Suffolk Renters are pleased to announce the release of ‘BRE’s Integrated Dwelling Level Housing Stock Modelling and Database Report’.

This report and associated database will allow targeted interventions from a range of Local Authority teams, to improve housing, health and energy efficiency.
