Safer food, better business

Safer Food Better Business information packs help small businesses put food safety management procedures in place.

Food safety and hygiene regulations say that you must be able to show what you do to make sure the food you make and sell is safe to eat and to have this recorded. Safer Food Better Business packs help you do this. This pack is based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), but you will not find words such as ‘HACCP’ or ‘hazard’ in the pack because all the jargon has been cut out.

You can obtain the pack in one of two ways:

  • Order a printed copy from us to be sent directly to you. Each pack costs £24, except the Childminders pack which costs £14.50. Diary refills of 12 months can also be ordered at a cost of £8.00. All prices include postage, packing and VAT. Our packs are printed in colour, on single sided paper with a wipe clean binder to keep it together.
