Bye-law 37 (23 July 2012 Secretary of state for Transport)
No person shall, in ANY part of the Harbour, fish so as to interfere with navigation or where prohibited by notice (Harbour entrance to Bailey Bridge) of the Harbour Authority or to endanger themselves or others.
Penalties
Any person who contravenes or otherwise fails to comply with these bye-laws, or any condition, requirement or prohibition imposed hereby shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale (£1000.00 at this time 1 April 2016).
