A customer said: “I am most grateful to you for your help and never knew this service existed until I saw it in your magazine. I didn’t know where to go for help, this has been a huge relief and the QR code will help me when I go on holiday as so many restaurants use these now for ordering, so thank you!”
A Digital Champion said: “Recently, I digitally assisted a customer at the Marina Customer Services Centre where I showed them how to bid with Gateway to Homechoice. They were struggling to log in, so I assisted them with resetting their password and then, once we were logged in, I helped them with how to find properties and how to use the Gateway to Homechoice website in the future.
