The Position Statement sets out the Council’s position on key issues relating to the redevelopment of policy WLP2.4 Kirkley Waterfront and Sustainable Urban Neighbourhood. This site is located in central Lowestoft and allocated for a mix of uses including 1,380 new homes, a retirement community, employment land and a primary school.
