The most recently renovated of our schemes, which provides good quality accommodation and communal facilities with 32 single bed flats. There is a large conservatory and gardens for residents to enjoy. It is located on the Whitton estate and about one and a half miles from the centre of the town.

A new housing association complex of 6 bungalows shares the area which is secluded and quiet. Shops and the town centre are a five minute drive away, or 15 minutes walk along the lovely sea front.

Southwold is a highly desirable seaside town popular with locals and tourists alike. The council has a scheme in the centre of the town that has 27 flats (a mix of one bedroom and two bedroom). Many rooms overlook the Common, which is a popular walking area for locals. The scheme has a communal lounge and laundry, and is regularly used for events involving the scheme residents.

In this section
