Our annual report covers the housing service’s performance from April 2023 to March 2024 – a year which saw the introduction of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023. We are committed to ensuring we deliver against the requirements of this act, and the report highlights how we are performing in key areas including repairs, safety, our neighbourhoods and communities, and what we are doing to make improvements.
