Draft CIL charging schedule consultation

Suffolk Coastal published the draft Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule for a 6 week period of public consultation from 6 October to 17 November 2014.

Representations were sought from members of the public, agents, developers, landowners, service providers and other interested stakeholders.

The draft Charging Schedule was the second round of consultation on the CIL project in Suffolk Coastal and outlines a range of non-negotiable charges for developments across the district that are considered to be appropriate based on viability and infrastructure evidence.
