Open Space provisions and developer contributions (2012)
Please note: Since 1 August 2013, the council is using the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). This is a financial charge on new development that will be used to deliver new infrastructure in the district, such as open space facilities. Therefore, the requirements and procedures related to financial contributions for open space provision, as set out in the Open Space Supplementary Planning Document, have not applied since 1 August 2013. Guidance relating to the provision of open space on site will still be applicable.
